Walk out to the canter levered deck and pool with ample chairs and loungers, umbrellas and a large BBQ to enhance your outside living experience. The second bedroom on this level has two single beds (that can be combined to make a king sized bed) with sliding doors overlooking nature and sea views. There is a bathroom dedicated for this bedroom. The third bedroom on this level is large with two sets of bunk beds (Queen size on the bottom with single bed on the top) with an en-suite bathroom. There is a TV and ample closet space. Parking is available for four cars on the parking area with direct access to the back door. A shower is located by the back door to clean up after a day at the beach. There is a two-piece washroom conveniently located by the pool as well as on the living level.
